<p>This course is designed to train all STME/ASTMEs and individuals identified for progression into those roles. It is designed to develop a person&rsquo;s knowledge and understanding of managerial responsibilities and where to go for help and guidance. It is therefore particularly suited to persons required to prove their capability in these areas.&nbsp;<br /> The course consists of a number of individual modules covering various policies and procedures that the roles will have a responsibility for within their DU.<br /> Leadership and Non-technical skills relating to the role are explored in scenario based discussions.<br /> &nbsp;</p>
